Late Payment Fee: I acknowledge that a late payment fee of $5 will be applied if my payment is more than 3 days overdue.

  •  I will not overstuff the laundry bin(s) beyond their capacity, ensuring proper laundering quality.

  •  I will promptly address any concerns or queries regarding my service plan with the PureFold team.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have reviewed and selected the service plan, frequency, and have provided the indicated financial commitment. I also understand and agree to the terms, including the rules outlined above.

Step 2

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between PureFold, referred to as the "Company," and the individual customer, referred to as the "Customer," collectively referred to as the "Parties."

1. Service Description

The Company agrees to provide laundry pickup, washing, folding, and delivery services ("Services") to the Customer. The scope of Services is determined by the selected service plan as discussed and agreed upon between the Parties. The monthly price for the chosen service plan is outlined separately.

2. Payment and Billing

2.1 The Customer agrees to make recurring payments for the chosen service plan through Automated Clearing House (ACH) payment method. Payments will be automatically deducted from the Customer's provided account on the 15th of each month.

2.2 The Customer may opt to lock into a yearly service plan, thereby securing a discounted monthly rate. The Company shall deduct the locked-in yearly amount from the Customer's provided account upon agreement. Termination of the yearly plan before the agreed period may incur an early termination fee, as specified in this Agreement.

3. Liability and Optional Insurance

3.1 The Company shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or theft of clothing items during the laundering process. The Customer acknowledges that laundry is subject to variations in fabric quality, colorfastness, and wear-and-tear.

3.2 The Company offers optional insurance coverage that the Customer may elect to sign up for. This insurance covers potential loss or damage to clothing items during the laundering process. The details of the insurance coverage will be discussed separately.

4. Same-Day Delivery Obligation

The Company is committed to delivering the laundered clothing items to the Customer on the same day as the scheduled pickup. Any exceptions to this commitment will be communicated to the Customer in advance.

5. Price Determination

The price for the Services is determined by the chosen service plan. The Company will provide the Customer with a breakdown of the monthly price based on the selected plan. The Service Agreement will outline the specific plan details, including pricing, and will be discussed separately.

6. Month-to-Month Service

This Agreement represents a month-to-month service plan, providing the Customer with flexibility to terminate the Services with a 30-day notice. The Company will continue providing the Services until the Customer chooses to cancel the agreement.

7. ACH Payment Information

The Customer agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date ACH payment information, including bank account details. The Customer authorizes the Company to initiate ACH debits for the agreed-upon service charges.

By signing this Agreement, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined above.
